In some cases deliveries can be happen after 30-45 days a parcel left Hong Kong, depending on the customs, weather or busy holiday seasons. And shipment might be delayed due to the poor services offered by some countries. Although we have the tracking numbers but please understand that we cannot always keep track all packages going overseas. We highly recommend customers to contact their countries' Post Office directly for a more updated status of their shipments. If your shipments has not arrived after 30 days of purchase, please contact us. We'll try our best to look into the situation with the Hong Kong Post Office.
Please make sure there is someone at home to sign for your package. If there is no one in it will be returned to us. We can then resend it but additional postage costs will have to be paid.
